• 120 ft wide by 250 ft long completely enclosed facility.  
• Artificial Ice Rink-Public and hockey use October-March

RENTAL RATES:   

• Certified Commercial Kitchen ONLY- $125.00/day     $75.00/4 hrs
• Upstairs ONLY- Non Commercial $150.00/day     $85.00/4 hrs
•                                     Commercial $275.00/day    $150.00/4 hrs
• Full Building- Non Commercial $350.00/day    
•                                 Commercial $650.00/day
• ***if set up is required a 1/2 day prior to the event a charge $200.00 will be inqured
• Bleacher set up fee- $150.00
• ***SPECIAL EVENTS LIABILILTY INSURANCE REQUIRED-amounts set by HLYH Board of Directors
• ***Cleaning & Damage Deposit REQUIRED

Hockey Ice Time- $ 100.00 per 1 1/2 hrs

ICE SKATING PARTIES:

Party Cost- $100.00   1 1/2 hrs includes 12 pairs of skates, skate rentals after the 1st 12 are $2.00/pair, Concession stand is available upon request.  All parties MUST be booked 1 week in advance of party date.
